Shelter 4 is closed through December 8th, to get ready for our Christmas Village Ride during our Christmas Festival.
Covered 20' x 15' shelter. Seating available is 4 tables. This shelter contains Water but NO Electricity.
Shelter Cost:
Resident/ Resident Business: $30 (Half Day Rental-4HRs)
Resident/Resident Business: $50 (Full Day Rental-8Hrs)
Non-Resident/Business: $40 (Half Day Rental-4HRs)
Non-Resident/Business: $60 (Full Day Rental-4HRs)
Additional Refuse Fee Costs will be added to your rental if you need water and electricity. Trash Refuse fee may be added based on # number of people in your rental.
YOU WILL HAVE 72 HOURS TO MAKE PAYMENT ONCE APPROVED AND INVOICE RECEIVED. IF PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED, WE WILL OPEN BACK UP TO COMMUNITY.

Gass Grills are permitted with permission from Town Staff.
--Alcohol is only allowed when a TEMPORARY ALCHOHOL BEVERAGE PERMIT is obtained and submitted to Town Staff. (RENTALS ONLY)
