Great place to take photos with the family or if you are looking for a small wedding venue then this is the place to have it.
If you would like to reserve the observation deck for a wedding or special event, you are more than welcome to online.
Regular Rental Fee: $150
Non-Profit Rental Fee: $100
Refuse Fees may be added based on event.
Note:
PLEASE NOTE: A PRE-APPLICATION MEETING IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO PAYMENT. PLEASE CALL TOWN HALL TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT.
There is a $10 Application Fee for Event Requests.
Observation Deck Cost:
a. Resident/Resident Business $50 Per Hour (2hr Minimum)
b. Non-Resident/Business $75 Per Hour (2hr Minimum)
c. Non-Profit Resident $40 Per Hour (2hr Minimum)
d. Non-Profit Non-Resident/Business $60 Per Hour (2hr Minimum)
Additional Costs and Refuse Costs will be added to your rental if stated on your application and after pre-event meeting with Town Parks and Rec Staff.
